In this position you will need a combination of strategy, and execution skills, and a passion for amplifying the message of a startup. You will define and implement programs to drive awareness and action in the enterprise software space.   You will develop the content, message and delivery in conjunction with cross functional teams.  We are a small but fast growing company, so be prepared to wear many hats.  


Your Role

  • Develop integrated programs across a variety of tactics, through cross-functional collaboration with sales, engineering and product management.

  • Proactively lead the coordination with regional teams to deliver integrated plans globally and locally.

  • Build a regular update cadence with relevant leadership on campaign impacts, plan deliverables, and timelines

  • Measure, analyze, report, and help optimize program performance.


Your Experience 

  • 10+ years of relevant, B2B marketing experience in demand gen, campaigns or programs; preference for candidates with experience in cloud or high-growth technology companies

  • Experience working across different markets/regions with knowledge of different cultures and needs around the world.

  • Proven track record of working at the tactical and strategic level to develop and execute innovative, impactful and effective multidimensional campaigns.

  • Innovative and creative problem-solver with strong communication skills across internal and external stakeholders.

  • Comfortable with project management across multiple teams and able to prioritize and execute on multiple workstreams and track projects from briefing to launch.

  • Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience required

Role Responsibilities:

  • Become a trusted advisor to our focus partners and customers to understand their business and technical requirements in order to architect a compelling technical and business solution and clearly define how Rackware solves specific challenges.

  • Provide technology presentations, customized product demonstrations, Proof of Concept exercises and concise architectural design and solution documentation in support of larger opportunities and RFP responses.

  • Provide presales engineering support including product updates and training to our focus partners and customers.

  • Deliver content and demonstrate expertise to our partner community and customers. -- develop white papers, videos, blogs and other content.

  • Assist the support organization as required to drive resolution of support cases.
