A 20-years Oracle veteran, Simon Coter is an experienced product manager and open-source community member. He leads a team responsible for the product management and engineering of several Oracle Linux and Virtualization offerings, including Oracle Linux, Oracle Cloud Native Environment, Oracle Linux KVM, Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager and VirtualBox. Prior to this, Simon was a technical consultant focused on project management, architectures definition, sizing and implementation, best practices, and technical references for customers.

Since January 2022, Akash Bambal has served as the Director of Engineering focused on Quality Assurance and Systems Engineering at RackWare. Prior to that he spent nearly five years as the Manager of QA and Systems Engineering, showcasing his deep continuity and growth within the company. Akash has over 17 years of engineering experience in enterprise-class products across a variety of domains like healthcare, networking/SDN, storage, media and OS. Akash plays a critical role at RackWare, designing solutions for the complex migration, DR, and backup needs of customers across the JAPAC and EMEA regions.
