John has more than 20 years of experience in the data communications industry working with Service Providers, Data Center Operators and Enterprise customers. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana and a Master of Science degree in Business Information Technology from The Johns Hopkins University

David Giosso is the Principal Solutions Architect at RackWare, Inc., where he serves as a trusted technical leader specializing in enterprise cloud transformation.
