The Company
Sauter is a digital transformation partner specializing in Data, DevOps and Cloud services with a mission is to enable companies for agile, assertive and cost-efficient digital processes.
The Challenge
Large migration project with tight schedule.
This was a cross-Cloud Migration (OCI to GCP).
Previous migrations were problematic.
Many large, complex workloads.
IP addresses were required to stay the same.
"Currently, Sauter Digital is a Partner of Google. The choice of RackWare to perform the migration was first of all, the simplicity of the tool, and how the tool is easy to manage, we could save money and team enforcements to perform the migration we are currently working on. We had made use of other tools that promised to perform the migration with no issues, but unfortunately, they never worked as was presented, giving a lot of errors, and needing several workarounds to perform the migration successfully. Using RackWare, we had a great win, from the lower time during the migration, until the facility performed the tasks with the technical team and was able to lower costs with the final customer.“

The Results
RackWare’s RMM product was deployed in the GCP environment.
Multiple advanced features were used to migrate the servers into GCP across dozens of different applications.
RackWare’s NAT network architecture was deployed to enable BYOIP which was a hard requirement.
